What materials are available for prints?Prints Options Lustre Paper is a resin-coated paper that has a satiny Lustre finish with a finely stippled surface texture to disperse harsh glare and allow your images to shine through (Unframed). Metallic Paper is designed with an incredible Dmax and rich color gamut. This smooth, high-gloss, photographic paper features a unique metallic surface that provides extreme sharpness and depth (Unframed). Acrylic Facemount Prints Stunning depth and clarity - Our sharpest offering. Your image is printed on lexjet 10 mil high gloss photo with 12 color pigment inks. Face - mounted to 1/8 cast acrylic glass with UV protected clear adhesive. Backed with 1/8¨aluminum composite for superb rigidity and sleek frames display. Clean squared, diamond - finished edges. (Ready to hang), your print floats apx 1 inch off the wall. Metal Prints - made by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum sheets. What size option are available for your prints?Depending of the photo, we usually offer: 12" X 18" 16" X 24" 20" X 30" 24" X 36" Square format 16" X 16" 20" X 20" 30" X 30" The options are available when adding a print to your cart. If you are interested in a different size, just contact me and we can sort it out for what size suites better your space, then I can send you a quote for it.

What methods of payment do you accept?Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How much is shipping?For any size offered in the options, shipping costs are a flat rate of 20$ within Canada. For other countries, please contact me at eduardogilphoto@icloud.com for a quote.

What is included in the shipping charge?The packaging and courier's fees.

How can I be sure my prints will be safe when shipped?Canvas prints are wrap in foam and custom build boxes out of industrial weight cardboard to fit each shipment. On big pieces we may use more than one layer of cardboard and/or use other reinforcements. Fine art prints are either shipped flat or rolled, depending on size, protected and boxed in the same ways.

Is my shipment insured?Yes, beyond using safe packaging practices we insure every shipment (for a minimal cost of about $1.00 per $100 value). This means that if the shipment arrives damaged everyone is protected and the order can be easily reprinted and reshipped.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?Immediately take several pictures of the print and box damage and email them to me. I will immediately file a claim and start the reprinting process.

How will I know when my print(s) are shipped?I will send you a notification email when your prints are shipped.

How do I track my shipment?I will include a courier tracking number in our shipping notification email. You can easily track your shipment online, using the courier's tracking interface.

How long will it take my shipment to get to its destination?The printing process takes approximately 5 business days. As for shipping times, here's a quick list of estimated times to different parts of Canada (major centres - add a day for out of the way places): British Columbia (including the island) – 1-2 days Alberta – 2-3 days Saskatchewan/Manitoba – 3-4 days Ontario/Quebec – 4-6 days Mainland Maritimes (including PEI) – 5-7 days Newfoundland – 7-9 days
